The best measure of our service is whether our clients would recommend us. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) helps us understand their experience, learn from their feedback and keep improving the expertise, clarity and support we provide.
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a simple, widely used measure of client loyalty. After working with us, clients are asked one question:
"How likely are you to recommend Secarma?" on a scale from 0 to 10.
Because it asks whether a client would put their own reputation on the line by recommending us, it is one of the clearest signals of how a client really feels about the service they have received.
The score is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, giving a number from −100 to +100.
We're proud of what our clients say about us, so we show our score live, right here in My Secarma. It isn't a hand-picked figure or an annual snapshot: it updates as feedback comes in, good or bad.
In security, trust is everything.
Sharing our NPS openly is how we hold ourselves to the standard our clients expect, and it gives you an honest view of how other organisations rate working with us.
Every piece of feedback is read by our team and used to keep improving how we work with you.
Industry benchmarks give you context for our Net Promoter Score, showing how client feedback compares with related sectors.
We use technology and services as the closest broad comparison to Secarma's work. It covers a wider sector than cyber security, so the comparison provides context rather than a direct measure against other cyber security providers.
